Any information that provides unique identification of you or your home is included in our privacy policy.  Access to this information is limited to you, Builders Report Card account management representatives and your builder or builder representatives.  This information would include any names provided at registration, billing address, street addresses, lot numbers, telephone, fax and mobile phone numbers as well as E-mail addresses. ** See Credit Card Information below.  Our Privacy policy simply states your private information will never be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes and we will make every reasonable effort to protect your private information from public access as part of the normal operations of Builders Report Card.

Public Information

Information you submitted during either the original subscription process or regarding a claim that we consider public information includes City, State, your Zip-code (5 character) and any information you provide regarding your builder and issue description information within your submitted claims.

Credit Card Processing

To reduce risks associated with online credit card transactions, any instance where credit card information is required to complete a transaction is routed through our third party Credit Card provider to assure your privacy.  Builders Report Card receives and maintains only the necessary Credit Card transaction information as it ties to your Builders Report Card account; no Credit Card information is stored on the Builders Report Card site.  The Credit Card confirmation number triggers a confirmation E-mail to be sent to the E-mail address provided at registration by the Builders Report Card system as your contact information is not shared with our Credit Card processor.

Builders Report Card reserves the right to use the contact information you provided for notification purposes regarding important issues, public notices and as a communications medium in the normal use of this site.
